Ease of Use

Utilizing Coreo, a Windows-based software allows the CNC operator(s) to create and run a streamlined efficient cutting process from start to finish. Each CNC Plasma system comes equipped with a laptop and a hand-held pendant which allows the operator to have full control throughout the whole cutting process whether it be making adjustments or completing a cut file.

The Plasma cutting tables are offered in 4’x4’, 4’x8’, 5’x10’, and 6’x12’ options to give you the working space you need to get the job done. Loading material to and from the table is fast and easy due to the low-rail design.

Quality Cuts Every Time

This CNC Plasma system comes with dual side drives to ensure quality motion for accurate cuts every time. Each iPlasmaCNC system comes with your choice of both the Hypertherm torch and Powermax Power Supply to meet your cutting thickness/production demands (can also be upgraded later). Additionally, the torch automatically adjusts the cutting height (for uneven surfaces) using ohmic sensing and arc voltage feedback to avoid delays of warped material.
